201 - 2 1/8" Beaver Lake made of Ft. Payne chert. This is a classic piece found in Lee/Prentiss Co., MS.

204 - 3" Agate Basin from Missouri. It has been repaired prehistorically after an apparent impact brake. Nicely flaked.

205 - 2 9/16" Greenbrier made from colorful material. It is from the Lee/Prentiss Co., MS. area.

206 - 6 5/8" Cotaco Creek Knife, essentially equivalent to a Morse Knife. It's a nice size piece made from nodular banded chert - probably Ste. Genevieve chert. It does have some edge dings and comes with my certificate.

207 - 3 5/8" Paleo Lance from Ohio made of Coshocton chert. As with made Ohio Lanceolates it does not have basal grinding but does have fine edgework and light left handed beveling.

208 -  5 1/2" Stanfield Knife found in Schuyler Co., IL. This is a large example of early knife and comes with my certificate.

209 - 3 1/2" Pickwick found in the Lee/Prentiss Co., MS. area. This is made of a greenish brown chert I believe to be a local variety of Ft. Payne chert. This piece has nice serrations.

210 - 3" Cumberland Preform from Madison Co., AL. near New Market. It has one fluting attempt and was never finished.

211 - 3 1/4" Pinetree probably from the TN/KY area. This may have a Davis paper but I don't have it in my possession so don't rely on getting it unless otherwise noted here.

212 - 6 7/8" Cotaco Creek knife from Lauderdale Co., AL. This is a large piece that shows signs of water wear and polish.

213 - 8 7/16" Hoe made from Mill Creek chert. This has very nice bit polish and serrations. The hoe is probably from the S. IL./S. IN. area - not sure if any more specific provenience is forthcoming.

215 - Set of 3, Eva & 2 Morrow Mtn. points. The largest has an impact fracture. All found in Hardin Co., TN. 2 1/8" Eva, 2 15/16" Morrow Mtn., &   2 3/8" Morrow Mtn.

216 - This is an awesome wide Celt. The Celt is 5 1/8" wide and 9 13/16" long. It was found in Pike Co., MO. This is a field find with a few plow scuffs but no bad damage. A nice piece of greenstone.

217 - 5 5/16" Early Hafted Knife. I would put this in the class with the Ovate Knife. It appears to be made from Ft. Payne chert and is apparently from the Middle TN. area. Hafting area is nicely ground. There is also some initial beveling of the blade.

221 - 6 3/4" Full Grooved Axe probably from the E. TN./Carolina area from the information I got. This seems to be a grade of Greenstone or something similar.
